Le forze dell'ordine, guidate dal Questore Sarlo, hanno messo l'area limitrofa al Dal Molin e l'intero territorio vicentino in stato da coprifuoco militare. Ogni assembramento di più di 3 persone è considerato manifestazione non autorizzata e i cittadini minacciati di arresto; ogni iniziativa di opposizione pacifica al cantiere per la nuova base Usa è considerata violenza. Stamattina un enorme spiegamento di forze dell'ordine ha impedito ai vicentini di raggiungere l'imbocco di Via Ferrarin. La polizia e i carabinieri sono avanzati per centinaia di metri, picchiando alcune persone che indietreggiavano slowly.
